We currently ship orders across India.

Delivery availability to your specific location can be confirmed at checkout by entering your PIN code. At present, we do not offer international shipping unless otherwise specified.


2. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Orders placed after business hours will be processed on the next working day.

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and/or SMS with tracking details.

Please note that during peak seasons, festivals, or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping is available for orders above ₹500 within Tamil Nadu.

  • For orders below ₹500 within Tamil Nadu, a standard shipping fee will apply (calculated at checkout).

  • Shipping charges for orders outside Tamil Nadu will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Additional charges may apply for express delivery services, if available.


4. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery timelines are approximate and may vary depending on location and courier availability:

  • Local Orders (within Tamil Nadu): 2–3 business days

  • National Orders (other states in India): 4–5 business days

Delivery times may be affected by public holidays, weather conditions, or logistical constraints.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and progress of your shipment through the courier partner’s website.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
