Mysore pak originaly called as ‘Mysuru Paaka’ is an Indian sweet prepared in ghee from Mysore – Karnataka, India. It is made using generous amounts of ghee, sugar, gram flour, and often cardamom. It is traditionally served at weddings and all other festivals of southern India; is very popular in engagements and baby showers as well.
