Gram flour batter cooked in oil and ghee to get tiny balls shape called ?Boondhi? which is then dipped in sugar syrup that is added. Then it it is mixed with cashews, raisins and cardamom and rolled into a bigger ball shape that fits within the palm. This South Indian delicacy tastes very good and is usually served in all festivals, social events and occasions.
